They might not need to win lottery jackpots. California added a global warming gasoline fee All I can do is shake my head and laugh at the liberal nonsense, But california usually always has the last laugh lottery wise.

Edit: Just to add, they actually tax the global warming fee

It's extremely rare that the same state will win two big jackpot drawings within the same week, but if it were to happen I'd bet on the usual suspects, California, New York, and New Jersey.
