			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe more likely for states with RNG games ?Unfortunetly there is no data of how many tickets were bought for those overdue numbers jnless someone study the past history for those.<br /><br />There Is info made public on HOW MANY WINNING TICKETS WERE BOUGHT FOR EVERY DRAW,so if a person keeps track of this info and study the overdue numbers and due numbers from past like i mentioned earlier a conclusion can b made.But it needs a lot of historical data of number of winning tickets/draw.<br /><br />IS corect.</p>]]></description>
