the odds for one ticket are 1 in 278,256

the odds with playing 100 numbers are 1 in 2,783

(still high odds, almost 3 times as hard as guessing the pick 3 exact

It DOES NOT MATTER what your Odds of Winning are !!!! Odds determine NOTHING !!! You either have the right numbers, no matter what strategy you use, or you don't !!! The ONLY thing that matters is CHOOSING the RIGHT NUMBERS !!! PERIOD !!!

You can WIN if your ODDS are 1 Million to 1, and you can LOSE if your Odds are 10 to 1. It's ALL ABOUT CHOOSING the WINNING NUMBERS !!! FORGET the ODDS !!! The ODDS DO NOT CHOOSE WINNING NUMBERS

That does not give us our final odds to one.

So if I buy 1000 tickets it goes to I think 2750 to one in final odds.

Cash5 odds varies with the matrix of different games, check the lottery website of your cash5 game.

This is simple math. If you have 10 balls, numbered 1 to 10 and you're to randomly pick one, the odds of you picking ball number 3 are 1/10 or a 10% chance that you're correct.

It's the same with lottery. If you buy 100 tickets of a game that has 1:275,000 odds then you just bought 100/275,000*100= 0.03636364% of the available combinations. NOT GOOD.

Hi I an new to pick 5.

In my state of Virginia we have a cash 5 game, I decided to play and even got some software to help.

The crazy cheap price of entry was one big reason,,,,,,,,,,,,the 25 cents a game entry, I can play 12 games for 3.00 such a deal.

Now here is the question,,,,,,,,,,,,,if I buy 100 tickets what are my odds of winning so here we go.

I think its 275000 to 1 when you buy one ticket what would it if you buy 100 tickets for a draw????
