			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve seen both of these pages offering algorithms that recommend the best scratch offs to play for your state.<br /><br />They both look promising and have testimonials from people claiming that they work great.<br /><br />My problem is I don&#x27;t know which one is better. They seem to recommend totally different games.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t know which ones to choose.<br /><br />My question is has anyone had any experience with either one of these pages?<br /><br />Any recommendations?
