I haven't had much luck with 2nd chance drawings. I think the last 2nd chance drawing my state had was for the Millionaire Madness ticket ($1,000,000 prize) I had close to 1,000 entries (between my tickets, the tickets my dad gave me and the losing tickets the clerk at the local gas station held for me) and the person who won was a hairdresser who entered one single ticket.
