Here is little system to get pair in pick4 games ( maybe somebody post it here before):

Texas pick 3 morning examples:

write 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0

starting from last draw and go back, cross draw numbers till you get 4 numbers left

make pairs with those 4 numbers

feb 9 - 1 6 0 5

we're left with numbers 2 3 8 9 and make pairs with them

23 28 29 38 39 89

feb 10 - 0 8 3 2 ( pairs 23 28 38)

often it comes next draw , sometimes it jump over one draw.
