Michigan announces Monopoly Millionaire Club second chance drawing

Hey all,

I know I'm more of a lurker, but I figured I'd share this. The Michigan Lottery just announced today that they're doing a second chance raffle on the MMC (kinda like Florida did) on Friday, Feb 27th, in which they'll email winners.

From the Michigan Lottery's website:
