The strategy of playing Followers, doesn't always work, because the same numbers don't regularly show up after 900, every time 900 is drawn.

Maybe you should try a Pair strategy instead, using the Calendar Method. Go back to either last month, or same month last year, in Wisconsin, within a 3 day time frame [one day before the target date, and one day after the target date], BACK TEST, and see what PAIRS show up within a 3 day time frame of the target date, and compare that info to the curren...
