If you have multiple numbers per position, you need a Pick 4 Positional Wheel here.

I see what happened, it didn't line up properly. This is pick 4 and can be used for pick 3.

Start at the bottom drawn #'s 3359, the numbers are listed from lowest to the highest.

The next number is the projected number (#1) to be drawn, the next number is the plus or minus (#1) number. This is for position #1.
