Yes and no Scratch...

I live in New York, and I'd say yes two Games for a buck, but substantial Jackpots? Not really. They start out low, and the NY Lottery doesn't add much each time nobody hits it. It's 11 million now, but it took quite a while to get there. And my friends at The NY State Lottery allocate a whopping 38% to the prize pool. Which means they keep 62% of the take for The State of New York. Most state lotteries split it 50/50 with the players.

I dont see a forum section for new york lotto so ill start it off i guess. 2 plays for 1 dollar which is cool and its out of 59 numbers. chances are difficult which is 1 in 46 but you only need that 1 line to win it all :).
