The 1 off started in NC a month or so ago. I have not played it mostly because I don't want to throw another dollar with such little return however I believe one of my plays last week could have brought me some extra cash if I had played it. I only play sum it up when I am playing big pay off sums on the low end and high end. Would be interested if you do have a system to cash in on the 1 off .

the board at the store shows 1 off 100 bucks 2 digits off 50 bucks 3 digits off 25 bucks thats why i said this game wont last long.

the florida lottery is gonna start a one off game for the play 4 does anyone know when it starts they have the advertisement boards at the store but they dont have a start date on it. i have a program that can put them in the hurts. the game wont last long because they will have to pay out too much. when the games starts i will be glad to share the program.
