I had a cousin who I think was a big winner, he never told me but he did something smart winners do...

there was no siblings, so i picked other.

my mum gave me the bug, and i run a syndicate with just family in it. i think its safe of snip s but you never know. we all talk still so cant be getting along too badly.

All the old ladies in my family play the lottery

For as long as I remember, they've played 1 ticket a week and the tradition has been to talk about the estate and how many acres it will be on.

My mom played some when I was growing up in Ohio. Back then I think there was only a pick 6 game that paid $250000, I think. I never thought much of it, and she didnt play often as far as I know.

My brother played Cash 5 when he lived in Tx, but he's in Wisconsin and I don't know if he plays or not anymore.

I'm the player in my household. My wife and son will play once in a great while if MM or PB gets really big, and she buys me scratchoffs for Christmas.

my parents never played. i have a sister who buys a few pb or mm tickets when the jackpot get huge. i got my brother into instant scratchers but im the one known for being a regular lotto player no one else is into like me.

Only have 1 relative that plays regularly and we have an agreement on a certain split % when the time comes. No other family members I know of actually play the lottery at all.

What is it with mom's and gambling? LoL. My mother loves the casino! On her 21st birthday she drove with her parents to Vegas for the first time. (We're talking almost 60 years ago.) She said she was going 100 miles an hour. There were no speed limits then. When she told my father that story he said, That's so dangerous! What if a tire blew out? I think I picked up the gambling bug from my mom. She used to gamble a lot when we lived in Vegas but basically quit. She does buy lottery tickets and scratch off tickets sometimes, but she's not into playing like I am.

One of my grandfathers was really into betting on horses. But other than that, I'm the only one in my family that likes buying lottery tickets that I know of.

Believe it or not, I rarely run into lottery players in my city. It's so rare. Maybe Sacramento is not a big ticket selling city. I have heard more no's to my question Do You Play The Lottery? than yes . (And I ask everyone! lol. Was surprised the clerk at Rite Aid the other day said yes! Been quite awhile since I've heard that :)

Aside from me no one else in the fam besides my aunt and uncle play.
