$100 per year is not a lot. I pay $100 for a Massachusetts Megabucks Doubler subscription. I have only won small prizes so far. But for the sake of $2 a week its worth the fun.

Why not play Pick-3 with the same number straight and multiply that by $100.00? That why if your numbers hit, that would be around $50K which you could use to increase your bets. At least with Pick-3 your chances of winning are a lot better than the Lottery scratch offs, as well as the regular Pick-5, Pick-6, PB, and MM put together. Especially if you want to win as soon as possible.

That's just a little over $25 a day, lots of lottery players spend that on tickets but not every day. Some of the LP predictors have shown you can break even or slightly worst by predicting $25 worth of numbers every day with a winning strategy.

There's nothing wrong with dropping $800 a month on lottery tickets as long as you're not losing $800 a month on lottery tickets.

Thrifty,

I gave up cigs almost 30 years ago, they cost $1.50 a pack at that time,

now they're about 5 times that.

I think I saved enough to play lottery.

I recall thinking at the time that I could buy lotto and still have change left.

Lottery tix don't stink up my breath, clothes, car or house, that's a win right there.
