			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ten years ago there were several Internet sites where we could gamble playing Bingo, poker, and bet on horse races. In 2006 Congress passed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act and by 2011 all the sites were closed with the exception of horse racing. You can buy lottery tickets for other states games, but you can only cash those tickets in that state. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I feel your pain TnTicketlosers, I asked the OLC why we don&#x27;t have a state lotto jackpot game and if we will be getting one in the future their response was legislation won&#x27;t allow it . Then I asked about better scratch-offs games(since our highest is $5 to win $30,000-$40,000) you can guess what they said umm........ state legislation won&#x27;t allow it . And they(OLC) wonder why lottery sales are down.</p>]]></description>
