The table on the right is for showing how many times each digit (0 through 9) hit in the three positions with say 15 to 20 draws . It can be all mid or a mix of mid and eve p3.

A summary of hot digits or cold can be made of the three positions.

Example

Position one has 9 as the hottest and 2 as the coldest.

Position two. 7. As the hottest 3. Coldest.

Position three. 4. 0 coldest.

A grid or the can be made of this.

All you have to do is enter the data with one digit per Cell.

When you have that, you do your stuff. I don't know what you had in mind.

If you refer to this system, you need to list the differences.

Can someone program a excel chart that shows positional hits for both mid and eve draws for 15 draws?
