I do keep track of repeat numbers mid/eve because it happens a high percentage of the time. P4 is more consistent with one repeat number and pairs repeating in P4 is very common. If you check the percentages of repeats for the last 30, 20 or 10 games you can get a good idea what should happen next. Therefore, one thing I do watch for is when NO numbers repeat. When this happens, especially two games in a row or even randomly out of the last five to ten games, it is very likely that the next game... [ More ]

Okay, I see what the issue is now. You and I are attempting to apply the same principle with two different games in mind for the most part. My focusing is geared exclusively to Pick3/4 whereas you include the smaller games but, apply the non-consistency and not winning principle more to the jackpot games and you'd be correct...to an extent. I agree and let me give you my perspective. It's much easier, and provable, to find consistency with repeating numbers in choosing 3/10 versus 6/49 or 6/52.... [ More ]

Two repeat digits will occur about 16% of the time in Pick 3, or about once ever 6 draws. But, like anything else in the game, it tends to be streaky, so you may get several in one week and then none in the following week.

Don't think 16% is enough to build a system around, though, unless you are very good at restricting the number of tickets to play.

There are times that two digits will return right back in their same positions as well...go figure. Those pre-tests are something else!
