I assume that the base numbers are 5 2. Would you let me know where the o,1,1,6 came from?

I have always used the cash 3 to help me with the cash 4......i am sharing this so that it will help

you get a PAIR for the cash 4.......it is simple......and like all good lottery players i have kept an

excel sheet for my state so i can go back and see patterns and up to date information.

take your cash 3 number and i will use Tennessee for my examples.

first the basic........

cash 3 number 014 (hit 30 days ago)

add 5 to the 0 = 5

add 2 to the 1 = 3

add 5 to the 1 = 6
