I know I am late to the party but here is what I do. Use Conditional formatting with a with this Formula in the formula box =IF(COUNTIF($A$1:$C$1,T1) 0,1,) ($A$1:$C$1 ARE THE CELLS OF THE GAME TO BE CHECKED) make sure that it is locked $$, T1 is the cell that you are formatting make sure that it is unlockedevaluating in the box is not locked.

options added for combining games.

option to display instructions . they mostly go away once you start looking at data. click on the instruction button and they are back

finished all pairs for a pick 4 game

added option on data tab to insert new line for data

the instructions will disappear when you run the program. fairly simple once you know what's going on . you could always download another version and not run it.

color code can be changed. if you have desired colors advise.

multiple hits? the colors indicate the number of times a boxed pair has hit within the number of games selected. if you mean something else let me know

Works great now. The instructions are good. I hope they are permanent instructions in case I forget. Is the color code on the right changeable? Is it programmed to show multiple hits? If not that cool it is what I needed as far as the program!! Nice job

my apology. i use this type program everyday and tend to forget that someone else would not understand how to use it without explanation.

i have added some notes that should help. see link below. again the pick 4 selections would only show pair data only for the first three digits.

Did you replace the draw info on the data sheet?

this uses a macro so you have to click the button to start the process. it reads the info from the data sheet based on what game you select in row 2 column 1-4

I entered data from NM draws nd there is no change on the 55 pair chart. I saved it to the desktop .

I don't recall asking about this before and I have not seen another member request for this particular idea with the 55 pair chart. Feel free to help but the remark doesn't help me solve this issue.

I want to use the last 12 to 15 draws to highlight the corresponding pair(s) on the 55 pair chart. This is a short term 12 to 15 draws and the pairs that don't hit stand out. Is there a way to enter a draw and the corresponding pair light up and stays colored on the chart??
