I was kinda thinking it was MD but, just wasn't sure. Strange things happen when they cycle through the balls with pre-tests and, sometimes, post-tests draws. It's the very reason why a player needs patience when playing.

My initial reaction was anything can happen from either method but, I'm very partial to the ball draw/drop method. The reason being is because in order to develop an actual program to select digits/combinations, the software must first be 'told/programmed what to do'. Does this makes sense? The programmer must install something that tells the RNG what to select every time it's started up which means there can be no random draw from the computer, okay. that state had 13 hits last month playing that list above... thats $11,700 in winning with a cost of $7920 profit of $3780 not too bad
