			<description><![CDATA[<p>With my particular brand of workouts, finding good numbers is much less of a problem as ordering them. For example, here&#x27;s a 10 set pattern. It&#x27;s based on doubles. When a double hits, that&#x27;s a trigger to start playing a set of numbers. I&#x27;ll use a real world (Florida) example.<br /><br />On 7/3 EVE 6-4-6 hit<br /><br />For the purpose of this example, we&#x27;ll only use the double number six.
