Create a new folder and name it whatever you like.

Unzip the 2 Excel files into the new folder.

Open the P3StateDraws.xlsm 1st. You will see a window open to change the Date. Close this window. Keep this Excel file open.

Go to the Main Menu at the top and select File Open and browse to the folder where you unzipped the 2 Excel files and open the 2nd file Pick3PositionsSysten3.xlsm .

The file may take a few seconds to calculate the formulas.

At the bottom click the Tab labeled Posi... [ More ]

Digit Positional Odd/Even Skips

Is there a system here on Lottery Post that will allow you to find out what the forecast for E/O and H/L for each state ???

You simply have to TRACK this type of filtering yourself, for your own state !!!

LP has the complete history of all active lottery games, you just have to know what you are looking for.

Is there a system here on Lottery Post that will allow you to find out what the forecast for E/O and H/L for each state? If so, is the anyone that wouldn't mind guiding me in the correct direction of where I can read how to us it?
