Any form of gambling can be a black hole to a player if they let it be.

A degenerate gambler has to be 'in action', they've got to have money riding on something, whether it's a lottery ticket, sports, horses, casino games, whatever.

This is just my opinion, but in powerball, I think that the balls do not spin long enough to create to true randomness of the balls.

Black hole = the house always wins. These are not true random games with the people in mind. It is a TAX business that was designed to take in money and to reward states that bring in the most money.

The lottery is a black hole for your money when you don't win.

If you want to avoid something, then it is losing money.

Eventually you may want to find where or when or how your losing.

That may result in skipping games, eliminating numbers, not playing quickpicks and so on.

Get a grip on your spacecraft.

Since it would be very easy for anyone in a position to do so, do you think that the theory could be applied to the lottery system we use today?
