I agree. They real stick it to us now. Seems everything is crooked and all they care about is getting people $$$$$. I don't want to be a million-air but I would like to get a $100,000 or so. not to get off topic but I bought a ten dollar roll $300 dollars I think and that produced $125 cash back. I also have a friend that about 5 yrs ago spent her tax money over $4k in scratch cards (her husband owns a store) and she won less than 1K back from all that . He immediately took the lotto out of his place of business. From what I have seen they try and reel you in with the first weeks tickets paying out a lot of winning tickets. Not $1,000 + winning but $250.00-$500.00 winnings. Then after the first week they cut way back and take in thousands of our dollars.. I have bought 9, $10.00 tickets in a row of the same kind at the same time and won nothing. That broke me. I guess who ever bought the next ticket could have afforded to go on a vacation...lol.....The store I buy my tickets from anyway. Seems they don't... [ More ]

I got one of those $30 scratch cards today and didn't win anything and the cashier said the first ticket was $100 sold and the next seven including mine were nadda . I probably won't be spending money on that card to much they boasted it had more prizes but from what I seen today it doesn't .

You can go to the NCEL website it shows how to do it on there...Go to past drawings click on it go to which month year you want to see....the lottery started on Oct. 6, 2006 so there's not an Aug. for 2006....here's some of August for 2007 it has 497 on the 26th of August so you can see what come before after...go there study up a little bit. I have a notebook with all of the months since it started!
