It sounds like he wants a Pick 6 Wheel for 12 numbers, in as few combinations as possible.

I know that this thing is quite expensive too and may be would be better doing it with only

12 numbers , I mean only six lines of six numbers each.

Are you saying like this:

1 - 7 = A

8 - 14 = B

15 - 21 = C

22 - 28 = D

29 - 35 = E

36 - 42 = F

43 - 45 = G

I do not follow you at all. By covering 0-45 in 35 lines of 6 numbers you will have several that repeat. If this is what you are looking for then just do a filter or wheel to figure it out

Are you trying to set up decades? What do you have so far? Can you lay out in excel wg at your trying to do? A picture paints a 1000 words

using the lettercode starting with A , B , C , D , E , F , G and so on ...
