little gem from Calabs

By accident I came across a way to determine when doubles will occur. This system was back tested in NJ only so I'm not sure if it works in other states. Anyway, what I did was I backtested by looking for doubles (any doubles at this point). I worked back 2-3 draws to see if there were any triggers for the doubles. What I came up with was a series of numbers that was present before doubles fell which utilizes the 023 system. Here are the trigger numbers:
