I don't play Pick 3. That being said the following is just merely brainstorming off the top of my head as a way (formula) to get the Pick 3 combinations. Someone else perhaps came up with the same method.......I don't know, but I'm sure they'll let us know. Let's take the ten (10) basic numbers as laid out in Pyramid fashion below:

1st Pyramid Combo.......Position 012

2nd Combo.......Position 035

3rd Combo.......Position 069
