PA has absence of all odd even VTrac #s. We have digit 8 out for 14 draws and longest sum last digit out is 0, so using BA's method of spotting # Lead with 0,2,5 or 7 or End with 0,2,5 or 7, the complete sum last digit chart 0 can be used. Pay special attention to sets with longest digit out 8 To filter it further, longest digit out 8 had longest place out was the last, so XX8 looks most likely to fall.
