You can:

Buy a program. Surf to a website.

Or get something done. I actually don't have the time and service for the drawings.

I could put something in the shop, but I just miss an official feed for the drawings.

An application is most likely to download drawings to your device and show primitive statistics.

Most Androids are not very strong. A server or laptop can process faster and longer.

LP has a QP generator that will pick combinations to play for any games. It doesn't predict winners but I've never seen a predicting system that was more accurate than a QP generator.
