Just found 218 $20.00 tickets ($4360.00) today for the 2nd chance!

that's 218 more chances for 5 million and 4360 chances for the weekly 100K

All because my kid forgot to bring me a bottle of water. *went to the 7-11 to get an Arizona and BAM.

I am so happy.

I have won all kinds of prizes/swag from Mass second chance drawings. From sports apparel to luggage to kitchenware. Cadillac stuff, Harley stuff and even some cash (no more than $250). Mass has no limits on tickets entered but it is cumbersome to enter them. Lots of folks gripe about muiltiple winners as some folks enter 10's of thousands of tix and win upwards of 30-40 prize packs. C-store owners who grab them from trash receptacles seem to be real good at winning

They finally added the $5 Million Jackpot scratcher to the end of game list. It has been 2 years and there are still 2 top prizes left. Unfortunately, the drawing isnt until 12/22/2015.

The Ca Lottery just release a new phone app that lets players scan there tickets which is nice.. no more data entry and I can do it not near my laptop.

I use to do the 2nd chance where you have to mail your tickets in ( thats how wisconsin does it ) I never won it. Some politician did though.

Over the last 4 Years we have Input over 60,000 Ticks.

We spend about $1000 to $1300 Per month on the Lotto, and have never been a big winner.

Several accounts at the same IP address may raise a red flag if they're looking for duplicate accounts. And many do. Have no idea if your state lottery does.

I'm at the other end of the spectrum. Only enter the 2nd chance occasionally because here most of them are for scratch offs and I don't buy many of those. Used to enter the 2nd chance for Weekly Grand, an Idaho only game, but only one per drawing. Never won anything.

I am in California and I play the second chance aggressively.

You are allowed 500 tickets a month and I maxed out my monthly allotment around the second week. Primarily focusing on the new $30.00 tickets. In the end I had over 4100 entries. Checked the winners and I was not one?!

My question is, how does the system pick the winners. The more I have the more likely I should have a chance. Does someone with 20 entries have the same shot as someone with 4000?
