The median skip of the double digit is 2. That means that half of double digits will have hit in the last 3 draws (Skip 0,1,2) and half hit at skip 3 or higher. Actually, due to rounding, 59% of double digits will have made an appearance in the last 3 draws.

If you track the skip of the double digit, you can often predict whether it will be from the below-median (recently drawn) group or the above-median (longest out) group, which reduces your possibilities to about half the digits.

I am new to this site and now am officially active. Language is an issue. When you say longest out doubles/digits you mean numbers that have not been played the longest? I hope I explained this right.

River in the pick 4 have the twin pairs = 00 11 12 33 44 55 66 77 88 99

In the 82% position can pick4 in positions 6 = 1.2 1.3 1.4 2.3 2.4 3.4 6 =

As 10 pairs and each has 6 positions we have 60 to 10%, no matter where this pair

Example = x12x x is the 1st 4th

So we have 60 arrays covering all the 6 positions of the pick 4 in 10 paresde twins

perfect, also doubles only pairs or just odd, double high and low mixed. in their positions 1st 2nd 3rd 1st 2nd 3rd

Examples = double high = 5,6,7,8,9 10 double conbinado for 2 have 10 pairs = 56

the best way to win pick 3 is track doubles only,do past history calculations on doubles and play doubles only. remember doubles come out approx every 3 or 4 days on average, longest out doubles. longest out digits and so fourth
