Yea, Delaware scratch-offs SUCK!!!

They pay nothing, I don't live there anymore but I used to drive to Maryland to get scratch off tickets and other Lottery games such as Mutli-match as it pays TONS more than DE's game.

Thinking about doing this when we go on our road trip....NY to FL...Every gas stop I plan to pick up some scratch offs...lol...

yes if u go to the state or have someone else buy tickets for u then ship them via ups or a private carrier
