			<description><![CDATA[<p>Under lottery rules this is covered in the section dealing with Faulty Equipment. For Pic3 the ball sets MUST be numbered, one of each, 0 through 9, in each separate drum.<br /><br />If the lottery purposely misnumbered 0 to 8 and 9 to 5, that would mean the other balls were probably mislabeled too. Now all you have to do is prove 0=8 and 9=5.<br /><br />Unless......the set read 8 3 6 1 4 9 2 7 0 5 from lowest to highest. Then you&#x27;re out of luck</p>]]></description>
