Passing of a Dear Friend

Received news this morning that a dear friend of mine passed on Friday, October 3, 2015. His name is Dexter. Dexter was born on October 23, 1957.

I have paged through so many of my lottery books, I cannot find any number associated with the name Dexter. Do anyone have number for Dexter DeWayne?
