I don't see how they can say the jackpot odds for PB are just slightly higher than MM. (1:259M vs 1:293M).

There are almost as many white balls and almost twice as many red balls.

My prediction is PB jackpots will be hit about 40% less than MM jackpots are won.

Interestingly enough, there have been 3 separate PB 5/5 winners in CA since the matrix change. Each one was about $330K, still putting them below the 5/5 being hit a single time in a non 'pari-mutuel' state.

Yes, that's why I said earlier that I know I would never win with the new PB matrix ... I won't have any tickets.

I plan to work more with the Mega Millions and Cash4Life games ... also the Megabucks game in MA.

The new PB game could be hit tonight ... or anytime ... look at how often MM gets hit.

Someone like Gloria from Florida walks in somewhere ... buys a ticket and history is made.

I don't see it rolling without a winner past about the 2nd week of December. I have less than 10% chance of being wrong.

November seems likely, around week of Thanksgiving would be the sweet spot. Of course, it all depends on the numbers. For all we know birthday numbers could come out tomorrow night. But there's only about 4% chance of winner for the next draw.

BTW I picked DEC. btw if i won in dec. I wouldnt be telling my family. i would prob have to explain my wealth when the income starts showing up in my purchase patterns, say 3 months after its invested and i get my 1st dividend payments.
