			<description><![CDATA[<p>If Illinois pays the raffle winners and not those who have won more than $25K - now reduced to more than $600 things might get quite interesting.<br /><br />If they do pay raffle winners and justify by saying raffle winners out of what the raffle took in it will get even more interesting.<br /><br />Since they&#x27;re promoting the Halloween raffle if they don&#x27;t plan on paying the winners immediately that&#x27;s an insult to the players.<br /><br />What do you say? Especially those in Illinois.</p>]]></description>
