Frank, best advice I have is to tell you to buy a copy of Gail Howard's Lottery Master Guide. You can probably find a used copy on Amazon.

It a good read and it'll tell you all about every kind of wheel you could possibly want to know about. The tough part of that is trying to take what you read in the book and apply it to making yourself a wheel.
