Idaho Lottery is down too. Their facebook page says internet outage. I'm trying to keep track of how many raffle tickets have been sold and I don't think there's any place else they keep track of that.

Few lottery website are down like powerball and Mega Million. I hope they fix it soon. I want to see if my state hit jackpot.

I just checked at one of several Down or Not? type websites I use when something like this happens and this one says:

Powerball.com is DOWN for everyone. It is not just you. The server is not responding...

It said to be down for 10 hours now. I think I should keep on trying every few hrs to see if it work.
