Stop in any lottery retailer and look at the screen or ask the clerk. They'll run a ticket with all the results free of charge.

If he was checking his MM predictions results then they weren't posted but even then he should have known all states post the same MM results and that he could check them himself.

The perception of the players depends on how their state advertises its lottery. For instance the KY Lottery calls them Kentucky MM and Kentucky PB so some players might think different PB and MM numbers are drawn in other states. But it's sort of odd an LP member never clicked on the results page.

If a states lottery website is working any one from any state can use it, you don't have live in that state to use it.
