While out today, I purchased my (I hope WINNING) tickets for the next drawing.

I got 1 QP and 1 my #'s for Mega, Powerball and NYS Lotto, + 1 QP ticket for Cash For Life

You gotta be in it to win it and can't win if you don't play.

It might not be $1.5 Bil, but I'm not greedy and would take the current Powerball JP of $50 mil ($31.8 mil cash value), Mega Millions JP of $30 mil ($18 mil CV) or NYS Lotto $9.8 mil

I voted Are you kidding only because it was the closest thing to my choice, but it could mean two different things, so I'm not sure which way the OP is going with this. Does it infer that I'd be nuts for stopping, or I'd be nuts for playing this game in the first place
