Let's think about it, since the midday digit of 1 was missing yesterday could it perhaps appear in the midday draws today? Could the digit 1 miss two days in a row in the third position for the midday? Are their states that are in need of the digit 1 in the third position? This could be the time of fulfillment. Again it is yet another opportunity for a $traight hit.

Their are more but I am pointing out the digit 1, this digit did not appear in the third position for the midday. So, for the evening play any pick 3 # in any state with the digit 1 in the third position. This is a great time to go for a $traight hit
