It certainly doesn't hurt to use LOA to win the lottery. Even if you don't win, you're better off using LOA, I mean why would you buy lottery tickets and not want to win

You also have to combine the LOA with the Law of Detachment or what you're seeking with the LOA will become an obsession.

You have to give yourself permission to win. If you are in the slighest way uncomfortable with the idea of winning a large prize, your subconscious will sabotage your efforts.

Cynthia Staford says that's how she won. Eddie Coronado wrote a couple of books about using LOA to win. Other LOA teachers/authors say no.

I feel that if it's going to work, you can't focus on winning the lottery, you should focus on why you want to win, on what it is you want to acheive by winning. What you want can come to you, maybe by means of the lottery, maybe by some other means.
