Remember, they don't send you the ticket(s). They keep them and inform you if you are a winner. With that said, the purchaser of the ticket is the true owner. If a ticket hits a major prize what do YOU think will occur? I think piemaster is dead on correct.

Depends on how it's setup. Butler services that purchase tickets on your behalf are legal.

A new website was advertised in the UK on the TV about playing lotteries around the world - Is it legal to play US lotto from the UK and what are the chances this website will pay out a large win
