It can improve your odds if the lottery is not totally random.

That means a lot of backtesting to see which lotteries you got a chance at.

Isn't that what programs using neural networks do? Unfortunately when players use such programs they can only go by what the creator of the program tell them it does.

If the lottery numbers were an actual measure of something, if a 5 were worth more then a 4, yes neural networks could produce a workable forecast of what may come next and be right often enough to put money on.

I believe neural networks are simple exchanges of one set of chaos factors for another set. You might as well buy QPs.
