Teddi, I knew you had good taste hahahhahaha. How ironic you have been following this same house. From the purchase price of $11 million to list it for $18 million without doing a thing is just an opportunist and greedy. If I recall correctly it was originally selling for the mid $20 million(?) and kept dropping the price over the years and yes, just sat on the market.

I have lived in many places, but the one place I have always wanted to live is on a ranch that's just a few miles down the road here in Oregon. I've wanted to live there since the day they finished construction about 13 years ago. Might consider getting a second ranch down in Texas, Someplace outside Dallas/Fortworth.

Good plan Realtorjim. I already found heaven and know there is no other place I want to live out my years. But I would still like to travel to see other places too just to experience them. Have you ever made it out to the west coast? Lots to see. Although the liberal loons and politicians have ruined California, they havent ruined the weather yet. IMO opinion California has the BEST weather anywhere. It would take a large lottery win to afford real estate and all the taxes. Ventura County, Santa... [ More ]

I am thinking the east coast, only because I have traveled there more than any other locale. But, before making such a commitment, I believe I would travel for a year, staying in different areas and checking them out before actually deciding.

When you pronounce LiveInGreenBay do you say it loud like what they did for Saturday Night Live? Live in New York it's Saturday Night Live!

I would stay here in California. This State still has plenty of room to grow. Cali is more than the major metropolis areas like LA, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area. We expect to benefit from the El Nino weather pattern and receive plenty of snow and rain.

Here is to a LP Member winning big soon.

I am a native Californian living in the Pacific Northwest and hating it. 7 months of cold is just way too much for a prune picker like me. It would be back home to the islands for me but not sure which one. Good luck to all us playing the big games.

I live in Green Bay and often wondered where I'd move to if I won. I'd stay in the States but I'd move somewhere warmer, like down south. Maybe Florida. Getting tired of the cold winters up here. LOL
