It's easy to know if your cousins system work. If your cousins system works, then your cousin is rich already.

Is your cousin rich or poor? If your cousin is poor you probably also will be poor if you follow the advice...

Everyone seems to know the Pick-6/49 odds of an all odd or all even draw is one percent, but fail to realize the exact same odds apply to all low or all high, or getting all six winning numbers among any randomly chosen set of 24/25 numbers. Number reduction is fine so long as there is a valid reason for it. Proportionality is the key.

Your cousin has a good point about less sharing with high numbers. It seems to be natural for people to start picking from the bottom of the series. In addition, many people use dates such as birthdays to make up their combinations, so the combinations that are sold are heavily biased toward the numbers 31 or lower.
