No time to study today, but, I felt a low set would follow those high midday numbers, but, I went with, 105 and 106, what's overdue.

It depends, every state is different.

Your 0-2 skips are 1-3 in my count showing how many draws back a pair was found.

In GA and CT mostly a winning pair was coming from the last draw in the tested period of time.

This is not a guarantee for the far future, but may be really useful for the near future.

How about a more reliable longer statistics of pair skips Blackapple?

Here is a detailed box pair count for all states (combined draws) where you can see where are 3 box pairs coming from (how many draws ago). At the end bellow you can see a skip count for each state sorted by skip occurrence like 2 - 123 (skip 2 found 123 times). Look at CT and GA.

This can be done for 3 digits of P4 as well (3 digits data from the following positions: 123_, 12_4, 1_34, _234).
