Given that the expected loss playing the lottery is about 50%, I'm not sure that being incredibly dumb is just limited to those who win. Those who play the exclusively low max prize contests, such as pick 3 or pick 4 will never win a big enough jackpot to overcome even a modest $20/wk in ticket purchases. Lotteries like the Pick 3 grind people down like Vegas does with low payout table games except much more quickly due to the huge house advantage in the lottery.

I'm beginning to think it's not even all about picking the correct numbers, I think being incredibly dumb is a requirement to win lol. There are some exceptions such as Brad Duke, but the vast majority seem to be complete idiots who want to keep living ghetto fabulous or keep up with the Kardashians LOL.

It's obvious you don't much about posting bail, but that's probably a good thing. If McDow makes all his court dates and after his guilt, innocence, or whatever is determined, Holmes will get back the bail money.
