Actually what I would do is put a mask on like the wrestlers do and have a voice piece so people don't recognize who you are.

Best way of doing it. Then put a shirt on stating Mystery remains???

Find the nearest party store with masks and start wearing one.

Unfortunately a few years ago the state of Delaware started taxing lottery wins. So now their main draw is anonymity.

If it went to a billion, I don't think it would matter if you won in an anonymous state... somebody, somewhere would be wheeling and dealing to get the scoop to break that news wide open for all just dying to hear.

Arizona doesn't allow full anonymity, but they do give you 90 days before your name becomes a matter of public record.

A state with both anonymous + No income/lotto tax is THE best.

Looks like Delaware and Wyoming are good bets.

Delaware's version of anonymity is taking your picture while you are holding up a big smiley face on a paddle in front of you. Would be smart to wear very plain clothes.

Unfortunately not for Powerball, but you can for the Massachusetts lottery's Megabucks Doubler game. It is the only game available across the country by subscription. Hopefully, other state lotteries will offer similar subscription services in the future.

Currently six states Delaware, Kansas, Maryland, North Dakota, Ohio and South Carolina allow lottery winners to remain anonymous. And four more Colorado, Connecticut, Vermont andMassachusetts allow anonymity if the winners claim their winnings through a trust.
