Not that it wasn't hard enough to win at 175 mil to 1 odds, now they made it an astronomical 292 mil to 1 odds to win the jackpot.

A billion dollar jackpot is just a day or two away, but where will it end?

I just hope people don't end up spending their rent, mortgage, food etc money on Powerball tickets thinking they will win.

I like your idea of a special place to hold the drawing. Like NYC, football stadiums, baseball stadiums, theaters, on and on...

Todd Northrop and Terry Rich(CEO of the Iowa Lottery) will have something exciting to talk about this Monday @ 5pm Pacific Time here on Lottery Post. Could it be a winner in Iowa, New Jersey? If there is a winner. If it rolls then that will be a discussion point also.

Holy crap....its up to 675MM. Didn't think it would get this big.

By saturday it WILL be the BIGGEST lotto jackpot in history.

I'm predicting about 850MM. I doubt it'll get to billion but it may......

I remember the PB staff releasing news that last time if it got to 1 billion they may hold the drawing at a special place in NYC.

I was a winner! Got the Powerball f/ $4 and the Powerplay was X3 for the grand sum of $12.

I'm pleased. I'll use it to buy four lines for Saturday's drawing. It's like my ol' pappy used to say, it's better than a lick in the butt w/ a hatchet, right
