Forget that. Ferraris, lambos and corvettes. Well, one of each. Five supercars and three luxury cars. The luxury ones I'd buy and trade in or sale every year to get the newest modest, simply because I can and i have this desire to always stay up to date.

The mad prices they charge for 1st class seats on airlines gives me an idea.Instead of flying 1st class,I would fly coach class.

The difference in the cost between the two prices,I'd donate to charities.

On the occasion of a girlfriend's or my mother's birthday,then I'd treat them to a 1st class ticket.

As far as splashing out.I wouldn't buy a big place as I would feel odd being in such a big echoing shell.

Last time in New York I got the benefit of TSA check 30 feet from the first lounge. There were 2 TSA agents and 3 passengers including me. The fact it was tucked away and quiet and not 500 passengers in one line made for a very chill experience.

Okay, that's a brilliant idea. And ditto re commercial flights. Private travel is the only way to go. There was a time when first class meant something. Now it's a joke. Flew to Arizona first class and there were used tissues left on the seats from whoever flew before we boarded.

I'm with you on this idea of what to spend on with PB jackpot money.

Nothing too fancy needed. You can sleep in only one bed at a time, drive one car at a time...etc. I don't want to travel the world, drive expensive cars or wear $1,000 suits.

One of the huge advantages for me in a private jet is the ability to fly my animals with me in the cabin. After all, they will have to go from our main home to our summer home. Under no circumstances would I ever allow my dogs to fly in the cargo hold. I also could never imagine taking my one cat through the TSA experience. The real benefit of private jets, imo, are for billionaires where you can have your own crew/pilot and you can call them up at 7pm a friday night cause you want to go to Paris with the new babe you met hours earlier. No way I'd want to do cheapo private jets. I'd just do normal 1st class...which is still totally fine.

Otherwise as you said, it's better to just do 1st class on high end airlines like Emirates/Singapore/etc.

Though personally I wouldn't throw down 200k for a flight in a puddle jumper if I can fly First Class for 10k with more space and the service ballet around it. I was guested into one of the first class lounges in JFK. Only one person in front of us in the TSA queue.

I had checked out Delta's private fleet and I was wholly unimpressed with what they had. I figured if I'm going to spring for private flights I don't want small and dated, if I was okay with that I might as well fly commercial. Dated a guy with his own plane. That had to be the most freeing period of my life. Up until then I didn't know I could get on a plane without TSA getting to second base.

I think one of the best thing to spend money on would be traveling. Big mansions, exotic cars, boats, planes-- these area all material things. They will be exciting for a while, but after time passes you will most likely get bored of them. Traveling you get to meet new people, experience different cultures and beautiful scenery. Those memories will last forever.

This is my wish list too! I'm really impressed with Net Jets' card option.

All the convenience of a personal jet without the expense and hassles of owning one. If there's also such a thing as a yacht card that works the same way as a jet card, I would get one of those too.

Anyway, since one of my pet peeves are mansions that have fewer bathrooms than bedrooms, I hear you on the no sharing.

Why peple blow so much on a huge mansion is beyond me. You can't use half that space and you pay insane taxes/insurance/maintenance/utilities/etc.

For me a 500k to 900k house is perfectly awesome...lots of BALLER homes in that price range in my town.
